I was quite disappointed with my stay here. While the location is very central to Kuta, the rooms were not clean, which really dampened my experience. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked well and the pool area was nice. However, the service was lacking and the overall value for money just didn't meet expectations.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was excellent—close to the beach and shops—many areas of the hotel were disappointing, particularly the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the breakfast.
